| Functional description | High glucose-induced abnormal expression of BM components may contribute to increased vascular permeability. SiRNA may be a useful tool in preventing excess vascular permeability. LM-1 and LM-2 significantly reduced LM expression (81.8±8.1% of control, P=0.0174; 66.5±35.0% of control, P=0.03, respectively). |
